Category Name attribute is not showing in Next Gen HR Help desk

While defining assignments rule in Next Gen HR help desk in service request queue area i am able to see Category Name as LOV in Attribute but while was trying to define the same in HR Help desk request queue I am not able to fiind the LOV as Ctaegory Name in Attribute. How can i achieve this.
