Redwood: Comments Field is not Appearing on Job Requisitions

Summary:

Previously, once a Job Requisition was routed for approval or posted, you could see the comments from the person who opened the requisition. Post Redwood, they are only available during draft. However, our managers sometimes add in comments for the recruiters to provide further insights.

See screenshots. Do you know how we can make this visible throughout the lifecycle of the requisition? It is imperative that we have the comments visible to our Recruiters.
