Does Generate Orders supports grouping Requisitions into one purchase order

Does Generate Orders supports grouping requisitions into one purchase order when the requisitions are created from third party applications ?

it was mentioned "Grouping of Requisitions is not possible for Manually Created requisitions it is possible only when using FBDI -  Import Requisitions"

our requirement is we will have multiple requisition lines,and we don't want them to group in one line in purchase order for this we disabled Group requisition lines at BPA level and then disabled auto generate orders both at BU level and BPA level.

There are 3 requisitions for same supplier, we want to create one po for all the 3 requisitions lines without grouping into one purchase order.
