Problem Connecting to Autonomous Database

Summary:

Signed up for free trial → created database (instance type free) → trying to connect from desktop sql developer
Never thought this would be so difficult - was simply expecting to get hostname and service name for a TNS connection but can't find anything.

Trawling through documentation indicates that I need to click on the 'Database Connection' button and get the TLS connection string for the database - however there are no strings listed - just a warning message listing options needed for using TLS and a disabled field for downloading a wallet (assume this is disabled because mTLS is not configured on the database).
