How to disable Fusion ERP loging multi-factor authentication

Hi,

My coporation is current using Fusion ERP 25B, I found there is a specific user who login fusion ERP application (not login to OCI) need 2FA authentication,

Please let me know how to disable the 2FA authentication ?
