How to put additional restriction for Document Type: Overtime Request ?

Summary:

Navigation : Self Service < Overtime Payment Request

I want to put an eligibility for employees of "grade 1 - 4" do not exceed 720 hours of overtime per calendar year.

Where can I put, additional validation like this "Only 4 Hours per Day is allowed."
