Member selection does not display members in Integration rule -> Option -> Filters

Summary:

Hi everyone,

I encounter the following issue regularly in EPCM as well as in Planning.

Sometimes the following solves the issue:
1. going to the application doing a database refresh

2. in Data Exchange → Applications run a "Refresh Metadata" and run "Refresh Members"

but this solves it only sometimes and there is no guarantee as I encounter the issue for the last few days again.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?
