The Contract Owner field is not available in the list of fields when configuring email templates and object workflows using Application Composer. We have a use case where an email needs to be sent to the contract owner when the contract status changes to Pending Signature, but the contract owner is not available in the To Address field options within the Object Workflow.

In many scenarios, either the contract owner or contacts listed under the parties tab of the contract need to be notified; however, none of these fields appear in the available field list. This limitation undermines the purpose of using the Object Workflow functionality for email templates.
