How do I disable SSO login for integration user so that RestAPIs can be called?

Summary:

We are using SSO enabled Fusion GOP application . The Rest API calls to the Fusion application is done from EBS. This call cannot be done with SSO enabled as authentication fails. How do I disable SSO login only for the integration user in Fusion application ?
