Any Idea how I can implement data access controls on the locations list of values of the Preferences Drawer in the redowood my requisition homepage screen?

I tried to use database access policies but because the "REST Service - Locations List of Values" is an agregate privilege that has Oracle data access as all values I can't I end up in an see all or see none situation.

From the VBCS, that drawer is not visible, nor any event or any navigation can trace back to it.
