Why do I lose the Supply Chain Execution menu when log into the URL using an iOS device?

Using the standard URL for our pod on a mobile device does not give the same options under Navigator menu as it does on a desktop using the same ID and password. For example, when I sign in on the desktop I see the menu for Supply Chain Execution and then options for Inventory Management and for Inventory Management (Mobile), but when I sign in using the same URL on a Mobile device (tried both: iOS on Safari and iOS on Chrome), the menu option for Supply Chain Execution is missing completely. And other menus are missing
