Duplicate menus under Employment Info into Redwood Page

Summary: we have enabled Redwood and while logging in as Benefits Administer and reviewing the Employment Info task it is displaying duplicate menus such as Cancel Work Relationship, Change Salary etc. I logged in a post under benefits and was advised to check in Core HR. i am not sure which profile option to validate or how to hide the duplicates.
