Why would only 1 user NOT be able to see or populate any Requisition Line DFFs?

Only one user is not able to view or populate values into the RSSP Requisition Line DFFs (classic UI). This was never an issue before (in 3-4 years) and this is the only user experiencing this issue.

We have tried different web browsers, re-ordering the requisition line columns, View All Columns, however the user is still not able to view them.

The issue also comes in with trying to replicate to the customer's test environment, as the Test RSSP has been opted-in for the New Redwood SSP and thus no comparisons can be drawn between Prod (Classic) and Test (Redwood). The customer is planning on opting in Prod to Redwood SSP within the next month which should resolve the issue, however this requisition is quite urgent and needs to be put through before then.
