Unable to Combine “Overall Manager Rating” with Other Dimensions – OTBI Error

I'm working on an OTBI report that pulls data from multiple subject areas:

  • Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time
  • Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time
  • Workforce Management - Worker Relationship Real Time
  • Compensation - Salary Details Real Time

The issue arises when I include the “Overall Worker Rating” column from the Performance Rating subject area. The report works fine until this column is added. As soon as it's included, the analysis fails with the following error:

Error during query processing (SQLExecDirectW).
