Learning - Display Title of attachments instead of the actual File Name or URL

There is an Idea Lab item that was delivered in 23C Redwood, but seems like it's not working now in 25B for URL link.

This is what we setup in Course.

And this is how it's displayed in Learner Learning.

File uses the Title to display, but URL uses the URL. Not Title.

Anyone else having this issue?
