"Failed to get user information" error in RF Mobile App for users with less than MANAGEMENT role

Summary:

We are facing an issue that we have resolved temporarily by granting the role MANAGEMENT to the corresponding users.

Every time we launch the Mobile App login from the UI for a logged in user with role lower than MANAGEMENT (for example, SUPERVISOR or EMPLOYEE), the login in the Mobile App fails with the error Unable to retrieve user details.
