Can the system warn the requester that there is a blanket in place for a given supplier?

Summary:

Requesters frequently miss creating a requistion line associated to a BPA because they do not know there is a blanket for that item. When entering a line, is there a way to warn the requestors that there is a blanket created for the Supplier they are trying to use?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have an increasing number of users that go right into Entering a Requisition Line. Sometimes they do not search for the item at all, but sometimes they do look for a description that will bring no results. So, they go ahead to creating a requisition and the BPA will remain unused.

Howdy, Stranger!
