GDPR Compliance issue (Hide Learner personal email address from Learning assignment)

Hi All,

I would like to discuss two issues related to the visibility of learners' personal email IDs in the Learning modules:

  1. When a Learning Specialist assigns training to a learner whose only available email is a personal email set as the primary address, this personal email is displayed during the assignment process. How can we hide this information?
  2. When a Learning Specialist uses the "Email Learner" or "Email Learner & Manager" options in the Learning back-office, learners who have only a personal email address in the system see their personal email displayed instead of a blank field.

These issues have become significant compliance concerns for us. Could you please advise on how we can resolve them?
