Issue with "Enable YTD Data Input"- Data Not Editable in the Form Despite Enablement of this Feature

We have enabled the "Enable YTD Data Input" option in our data form, but we are still unable to edit data on "FCCS_YTD". Interestingly, when using FCCS_YTD_Input member, data entry works as expected, which suggests that the member combinations are correctly configured and are at the base level.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
If yes, what was the root cause and how did you resolve it?
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
