Unable to Reschedule out and Firm a WO with past due date in Production scheduling

Summary:

We have a work order which has its start and end date in the past. While this work order is pulled into Production scheduling after a REFRESH, it appears to be unaffected by the manual adjustments despite firming the work order.

We are trying to reschedule the order from past date to a future date, followed by a REPAIR action. On completion of the refresh, the order seems to have its start date suggested by PS to the current date. However, after SOLVE action, the date is pushed back to the past date with which the Order was collected during the REFRESH.
