Audience selection criteria for self paced learning not returning any results

Hi,

We have recently implemented Redwood Learn and we are having issues with the Audience Selection Criteria LoV returning no results. What privilege is required so that learners are returned? We are aware that we need to enter 3 characters before the LoV begins to search.

Data access is correct.
