Migration from Legacy EPM license to Enterprise EPM license

We are planning to migrate from Legacy to enterprise license, if anyone has already done, Kindly share your experience. We have following queries on this process.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
If customer migrate to Enterprise from Legacy (EPBCS,FCCS,ARCS,EDMCS,TRCS,PCMCS), Will there be any change to the URL?
Can we use the default cloning feature to migrate to enterprise or Oracle offers any utility to perform the migration?
Currently, we are on two domains. In the enterprise version will the domain names be retained?
Will the data centres be the same?
Will there be any changes to IP addresses?
