Correct Termination - Future Dated

Summary:

Hi all,

Our organisation terminates contingent workers well in advance, the dates often change when contingent workers contracts are extended.

Since enabling the Redwood pages, when a HR user attempts to correct a termination that occurs in the future, they are presented with the following error:


They are then unable to progress, they have to reverse the termination and re-enter the termination again, this causes extra effort and not a great user experience.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows this is a bug or intended functionality?
