REDWOOD: Unable to view email details in Create Work Relationship

Summary:

If a leader is adding a contingent worker and then selects a potential match, it brings them to the create work relationship page. In the email details section, they get the message 'You need permission to access the existing Email details records'. Since we require email, this is a hard stop and doesn't let them proceed.

To recreate the issue, My Client Groups > Add Contingent Worker > at duplicate person check, select a match > Create Work Relationship > update information until email details.

This appears to only be happening once enabling redwood.
