Not able to terminate future hire employees in RUI pages

Summary:

We are not able to terminate future hire employees from custom role. We are getting this error message" You can't load the work relationship record because the person record doesn't exist. (PER-1531678)"". This error is coming for any future hire employee.


Let me know if anyone faced such error and found a solution.
