List of values are not displaying in the document type dropdown for Employee Contacts

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have created a custom HR specialist role and assigned that role to some of the employees.
The employees who are having this custom role are facing an issue. When they are trying to add a document for an employee Contacts in a document records page,
documents are not populating in the document type dropdown. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
