Hello, we have a constant struggle to keep licenses in line with contracted amount. One area in particular it Payables. The fact that procurement needs to license a financials seat in order to have inquiry only access to payables is a challenge. Recently hear a rumor that Oracle will no longer charge for inquiry only? has anyone else heard or run into this. Our research has shown that a payables inquiry role must have the privilege AP_MANAGE_PAYABLES_INVOICES_ACTIVITIES_PRIV and this is one of the privileges that triggers a license
