Delayed Package Report

We have identified a potential issue with one of our reports that may display an inaccurate number of students with delayed packages. Specifically, if a student has multiple enrollments within SFP, the report may incorrectly flag non-default enrollments as delayed. While researching the report we validated that none of these students had any issues with actual delays in packaging or missing transactional data, this was discovered as a report only issue.

To clarify, when a packaging trigger is received, only the default enrollment is processed for packaging (unless an alternative enrollment is specified in the event message). As a result, non-default enrollments may appear as delayed on the report, even though they are not actually subject to packaging.
