Can we allow a developer to unlock an OCI Lookup without granting the Full Service Admin Role?

Summary: Our Developers keep modifying lookup values in the Oracle Integration service. It's expected as part of the development process. Sometimes one developer may inadvertantly leave the lookup locked. Then the next developer that needs to modify the lookup has to ask an Admin to unlock the lookup so they can then lock/modify it. We are wondering if there is anyway to allow the "Service Developer" OIC service role to lock/unlock objects vs. having to grant developers the Service Administrator role, which is not preferred. If we check the documentation below, we can see that certain OIC roles have privileges
