Unable to Extend Final Close Date with Redwood?

Hello,

We are having an issue where we are unable to extend the Final Close Date on certain assignments. We receive the following error via HDL Load as well as when trying to manually change in the 'Payroll Relationships' Screen.

(HRC-1035086) Details: You need to enter an effective end date that's on or before the effective end date of the ValueDefinitionDEO parent record.

We ARE able to manually change the final close date in the person management screen, but this is very time consuming as it is super manual.
