Essbase 21C: Move a hierarchy in a dimension

Hi all,

Apologies on posting a question on Essbase 21C here. I am currently working on Essbase 21C and I want to move a hierarchy which is at the top of the dimension to bottom.

For example, based on the below image, I have Parent_Location1, Parent_Location2, Parent_Location3 hierarchies in location dimension. Now, we want to move "Parent_Location3" below Parent_Location2

Can this be possible to using REST API, MaXL or any method (except Sort option in dim build rule)?
