We want to use the existing email channel in "Start Internal Conversation" in Redwood HRHD.
We are using Redwood UI for Oracle Fusion HCM – HR Help Desk (HRHD). We would like to use an existing email channel for initiating start internal conversations within a service request in helpdesk. However, when attempting to do so, the channel appears blank, channel type is coming as E-Mail and we are unable to select or use the configured email channel.
Any guidance or documentation references would be appreciated.
