Restricting PO Communication to Supplier for PO Split Schedule Changes

Summary:

Business has a requirement to split PO schedules but would like to restrict the PO communication to supplier. In the PO split, we are modifying amount and requested delivery date. Understood in the Change Order Template, requested delivery date can be setup to internal change only but as for amount it is not customizable.

Would like to confirm the below points:

  • Is there possibility to override the amount to be internal change just for split scenario ?
  • is there a custom filter that can be done so that PO comms will not be sent to supplier for PO split scenario ?
