Integration with Veritone - Posting Description (About You)

Hi Oracle Community,

We are currently working with the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and its integration with Veritone for job posting management.

In the standard integration, we understand that Veritone pulls the following ORC fields via the API with these mappings:

  • ShortDescription → Summary / Candidate Profile
  • ExternalDescription → Job Description
  • EmployerDescriptionStr → Client Details

However, we also use the Recruiting Content Library, which contains the following relevant fields:

  • Short Description
  • Description
  • What We Offer
  • About You

Our challenge is that the "About You" field currently has no corresponding technical field tag in ORC and is not mapped to Veritone, which limits the detail we can share in job postings.
