When using Candidate Search in ORC, it appears that you need to search by candidates legal first name in order to populate the best results. With many candidates using a preferred name, it would be helpful if you could search by either a legal first name or preferred first name. It takes the recruitment team a lot of time to be able to search through the candidate list (even when using the 'Candidate Info' Filter in Candidate Search. This was an issue prior to Redwood as well. Is there any future enhancement that would allow for
