Managing users after setting “SSO Only” in CPQ
Hello,
I am configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) for some users in Oracle CPQ, and I noticed that once a user is set to “SSO Only”, I can no longer:
- Change the option back to another setting (e.g., “Enabled SSO”), or
- Manage the user information directly.
Our goal is to enforce SSO-only access, but it would be important to have the ability to revert to “Enabled SSO” if needed, for troubleshooting or maintenance purposes, so the user could log in through the traditional method.
Question:
Is there a way to revert a user from “SSO Only” back to “Enabled SSO”
