Unable to setup Oracle cloud mobile app

Hi,

We’re in the process of enabling the Oracle Cloud Mobile App on an Apple device. The app has been downloaded, and we followed the steps outlined in the document "Configure the Oracle Fusion Applications Mobile App"

However, when attempting to connect, we’re encountering a "Not Found" error (screenshot attached).

Has anyone come across a similar issue? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
