Account rule based on Account Type

Summary:

I want to create an account rule in project costing which assess the account type such as Asset , Liability or Expense . Based on the account type , a constant value is to be updated . Currently i dont see account type attribute as a source , also for misc cost and labor cost with which source account type can be validated .Is it Imported Raw Cost Account
