Hi All,

We have experienced a werid issue after mid of July 2025.

Now all the transaciton diagnostic report is showing the rule evlulatiuon rule result as failed for all the HCM transaction type but the approval workflow is still triggered and routed to next approver for approver. It's increased our effort to troubleshoot which approval rule is entered for reported user case especially we are at mid of UAT Stage.

Just wanted to know if someone are also facing with the same issue or not. We have raised a SR to Oracle Support team for couple of weeks but we didn't receive any prompt responsive from Oracle Support team. And also for now, the fetch transaction detail report is not able to run for now. It is known bug on 25B and be fixed in the upcoming 25C release.
