Delegate workflow approvals to mentioned person directly without Vacation Rule

Hi,

We have a requirement where when an employee submits leave request, he will enter a person name to whom he wants to delegate all approval task in his absence. We have added DFF for the same in the absence plans to get the delegation employee name. Now how can we configure in the system to delegate all task to the mentioned person without defining vacation rule.

Is this possible in the system? If yes then how?

Kindly guide me with this requirement.
