Cancelled WR doesnot change JA status to "HR, Withdrawn by Candidate"

Summary:

We have been trying to understand the backend configuration in Oracle for change in status from "HR, Processed" to "HR, Withdrawn by Candidate".

We always go through the approach of Cancelling the WR of the Employee and later cancel the WR of the Pending Worker to conclude the outcome.

Attempted cancelling the Workrelationship of Employee after the Job application was moved to "HR, Processed" 30 to 35 days ago and observed that status changes from "HR, Processed" to "HR, Withdrawn by Candidate". Similarly, records from "85 days", "90 days" ago were also attempted but they all did not roll back to "HR, Withdrawn by Candidate" and
