How to Configure Account Lockout Threshold and Duration in Oracle Fusion Cloud

We are looking for guidance on configuring account security settings in our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment to comply with our internal security policies.
Our specific requirements are as follows:
- Account Lockout Threshold:
User accounts should be automatically locked after no more than five (5) consecutive unsuccessful login attempts. - Account Lockout Duration:
Once an account is locked, it should remain locked for a minimum of 5 minutes, or until manually unlocked by an administrator.
Can anyone confirm if these settings can be configured directly within Oracle Fusion Cloud? If so, could you please share the navigation path or the steps involved (e.g., via security console, profile options, or any other method)?
