Project Budget Allocation

Summary:

We have a business requirement where the business wants to allocate budgets and view them Year wise (Financial Year April to March). To achieve this, we defined a separate yearly accounting calendar and attached it to our Financial plan type.

 Currently, we are able to see the budgets year-wise but the financial year is not appearing as expected.

For eg- if a project is created in JULY 2025, when we open the budget screen, the first budget period displays as July 2025-June2026. The system is automatically adding 12months from the current month, whereas the business requirement is to view budgets based on the Financial year (April -March).....and if project is created in middle of the year then budget should show for eg- July 2025-March 2026.
