Bell Notifications not working

Summary:


We recently had a P2T . Completed our data masking tasks; Ran the required processes ; Started the redwood migration by setting the relevant profile options for core and Payroll etc

Now while testing the redwood Hire a worker, Add a CWK etc the bell notifications are not coming through

Ran Synchronize Notifications in Global Header and also checked that the  Notification mode is Set to IN APP from BPM.

It is still not working.
Has anyone faced this issues. We are on 25B
