Two-Way Messaging does not work

Hello,

we are trying to test Recruiting Booster (Two-Way Messaging) and are facing some issues to activate it on DEV system.

@Sarah Mahalik-Oracle: Could you please help out?

We did all the settings and scheduled processes. We also created a new email address.
When we try to send a message the candidate does not receive it and it is also not shown in the message center.
So the candidate is not able to answer as well.

Do you have any idea what's wrong?
