Defaulting of Primary Location using Logged In User through VBS rule is not working

Summary:

We are trying to default Location of Logged In user from the Employment details into the Primary Location field on Create Job Requisition page.

and in VBS rules rules, we have the field value for Location from Employment Details, but when we use it, it's not working.

Needed to know why the existing field value is not working or do we have to use some other expression?
