Importing payroll costs from third party into Oracle Project Management

This is a new implementation and users are not interested in labor distribution for managing payroll costs in projects module coming in from a third party. Please guide if we need to use import payroll costs or misc batch FBDI to import these costs.

Please note that we are just tracking employee data in HCM and payroll information is not tracked in HCM or payroll module. The employee payroll costs will directly be interfaced from a third party to oracle project management. Please let me know whether we need to use Import Payroll Costs FBDI or the Miscellaneous Expenditure Batch for loading such payroll costs which are not in HCM module.
