Cannot resize page on tabular receiving

Summary:

When creating a new receipt in tabular receiving in Responsive Self Service Procurement, and a PO line has more than 1 distribution, when clicking "Override Distribution Quantities", the field "Quantity" to enter the actual number is cut off from the screen. We have to manually re-size the column every time, for every distribution line, even on the same receipt. In tile receiving, a new receipt opens in a new page, however, tabular receiving does not (opens a side page). We cannot resize the actual page nor can we hide OOTB columns, such as Receiver and shrinking the resolution also shrinks
