PR Charge account error message is incorrect in RSSP

Summary:

We created PR with 3 lines where line1 has Charge account generated correctly and line2&3 didn't generate charge account.

Please note: This is because we have charge account generation based on category selected.

When we click on submit, we expect error message for line 2 & 3. But in RSSP error message comes for line 1 & 2. In classic SSP, we get error message correctly i.e., for Line 2 &3.
