When releasing the transfer order for dispatch, can the applicant be notified?

Summary:

When clicking on Pick release when sending the Transfer Order associated with a purchase request, the requester must be notified. Currently, no notification is sent, and the transfer order is sent without notifying any user. The user needs to enable some kind of notification because they need to know whether their internal order has been sent or not and be able to follow up before it is sent.


I would also like to know if notification is not possible due to inventory issues. On the purchase request screen, when an internal order is created and approved, its status is Transfer initiated, and then when the shipment is created, its status changes to Delivered. Is it possible to notify the internal order requester via workflow?
